Final program for the 20th National Congress of General and Family Medicine

The final program for the 20th National Congress of General and Family Medicine, to be held May 22-25 at the Zaragoza Conference Center, has been announced. Over the course of four days, experts from across the country will share their experiences on different aspects of this medical discipline. One of the topics to be addressed at the opening conference will be genetic medicine.

 

On Wednesday, May 22, María Orera Clemente, medical director of CGC Genetics and head of the Genetics Unit at Gregorio Marañón University Hospital, will give the opening lecture entitled "Genetics in primary care: The importance of early action."

Starting on Thursday, the 23rd, the conferences, months of debate, presentation of clinical cases, and workshops will be spread out over morning and afternoon sessions in different rooms of the Conference Center. Attendees will have to choose between several options in the 10 a.m., 12:30 p.m., and 4 p.m. sessions.

The closing ceremony and awards presentation will take place on Saturday, May 25, starting at 8:00 p.m. at the Conference Center.
