The human resources department is at the service of all professionals, with the following short and medium-term objectives:

Strengthening management by competencies as a fundamental element to support clinical management.
Human resources management in accordance with the ethical values of the company, transparent and open to all workers.
Maintaining the information available through our intranet (general communications, common models, data of general interest, etc.).
Consolidating and developing a preventive policy that moves towards a model of scientific, comprehensive, integrated, and participatory prevention, in order to protect workers in terms of safety and health.
Maintenance of the occupational risk prevention portal (intranet), through which the information available on preventive matters is accessed (news, events, management system, procedures, formats, legislation, etc.).
Use of internal and external benchmarking as an element of knowledge, analysis, and motivation for professionals, and involvement in continuous improvement plans.
Implementation of a comprehensive internal communication plan.
Development of the employee portal in all centers.
Development of continuing education, in coordination with the group's teaching and research management.
