Terms and conditions of sale

These Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to the sale of products by Biosalud Day Hospital, S.L. (Biosalud). Furthermore, each time you use any current or future service offered by www.analisisclinicosbiosalud.com, you will also be subject to the Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Please read these terms and conditions carefully:

01 Our contract

When you place your order, we will send you a message confirming receipt of your order. For your first purchase, you must send us the signed registration document as a prescriber.

You agree to receive invoices for your purchases electronically. Electronic invoices will be provided in PDF format in the My Account section of the website. You can also obtain a paper copy of your invoice by contacting us free of charge by email via the following link: https://www.analisisclinicosbiosalud.com/contacto.

02 Right of withdrawal

Purchases are processed as soon as they are received, and sample collection kits are sent out on the first business day after the order is received. If, for any justified reason, you wish to cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it, you must send a certified notice of withdrawal from the purchase. In this case, the amount paid will be refunded in the same way as the payment was made, minus the costs of processing the order, packaging, the cost of the kit sent, and shipping costs. You must send us a signed document accepting the conditions of the return in order for it to be processed.

03 Prices and delivery times

All prices are exempt from VAT.

We include information on our website about the delivery times for the tests we perform, detailing this on the information page for each test. We are unable to provide more precise information about the delivery times for a product beyond what is shown on the test information page. When we process your order, we will inform you as soon as possible by email. Please note that in some cases, we are unable to confirm a specific delivery date when you place your order. You can check the status of your order at any time by going to the My Account section of the website or by contacting análisis@biosalud.org.

If the sample is insufficient or has not been collected in accordance with the instructions accompanying each test, it may be rejected by the laboratory. In this case, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping a new sample.

04 Our responsibility

Nothing in these terms and conditions limits or excludes our liability in the event of misrepresentation, or for death or personal injury attributable to our negligence or wilful misconduct.

Likewise, Biosalud Day Hospital, S.L. shall not be liable for any delay or breach of its obligations under these terms and conditions if such delay or breach is attributable to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. This provision does not affect your right to receive the contracted service within a reasonable period of time.

05 Modification of the terms and conditions of sale

We reserve the right to make changes to our website, our policies, and our terms and conditions, including these Terms and Conditions of Sale, at any time. You will be subject to the terms and conditions, policies, and Conditions of Sale in force at the time you place your order, unless, by law or at the request of public authorities, a change must be made to those terms and conditions, policies, or these Conditions of Sale (in which case, such changes may apply to any orders you have previously placed). If any of these conditions is declared invalid, void or for any reason ineffective, that condition shall be deemed excluded without such declaration affecting the validity or enforceability of the remaining conditions.

06 Resignation

In the event of your breach of these Terms and Conditions of Sale, and even if Biosalud does not exercise any rights available to it at that time, Biosalud may exercise such rights and take such action on any other occasion on which you breach these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
