The dangers of vaccines

Concept and purpose of vaccines

A vaccine is a preparation of antigens that is injected into the body to trigger the production of antibodies and thus a defensive response to pathogenic microorganisms. This response triggers an immune memory, producing temporary immunity against the corresponding pathogen.

In 1796, Jenner created the first vaccine, against smallpox. Later, in 1881, Pasteur conducted a brilliant experiment on the Poully le Fort farm, vaccinating rams, and it was Pasteur who coined the terms "vaccine" and "vaccination," derived from the Latin word vacca, as a result of these findings.

Health authorities in various countries have historically used vaccines to cure certain diseases.

However, studies on the negative effects of vaccines on the immune system have recently been appearing.

9th International Congress on Autoimmunity and 3rd Symposium on Vaccines

Specifically, at the 9th International Congress on Autoimmunity, held at the Nice Convention Center on the French Riviera from March 26 to 30, 2014, several seminars and round tables were scheduled on the causes of certain autoimmune diseases.

An entire day of the event was devoted to the 3rd International Vaccine Symposium. This symposium addressed the topic of ASIA (autoimmune/inflammatory syndrome induced by adjuvants), a new post-vaccination syndrome: autoimmune inflammatory syndrome induced by adjuvants (ASIA). Adjuvants are substances added to vaccines to enhance the immune system's response to antigens.

During this symposium, it was suggested that the use of squalene, mercury, aluminum, and silicone—substances found in most childhood vaccines—as adjuvants should be reconsidered due to their possible link to the development of serious autoimmune diseases.

ASIA, autoimmune syndrome induced by vaccine adjuvants

ASIA was first identified in the Journal of Autoimmunology in 2011 by Dr. Yehuda Schoenfeld, founder of the Zabludowicz Center.

This syndrome includes a wide range of neurological and immune phenomena that occur after the injection of vaccines and result from exposure to their ingredients, including aluminum. The diagnostic criteria for ASIA include weakness, anxiety, skin rashes, chronic fatigue, sleep disorders, and the onset of a series of autoimmune diseases such as lupus erythematosus or rheumatoid arthritis, sometimes years after an initial reaction.

ASIA is also referred to as "Schoenfeld syndrome" after its author, Schoenfeld, who has published more than 1,700 articles in medical literature and is widely regarded as the world's leading authority on autoimmunity — a disease that results when certain proteins in the body lose their "immune privilege" or protected status and the human defense system's machinery mistakes them for foreign invaders and launches an assault on its own body.

Ignasi Rodríguez-Pinto, an autoimmunologist at Hospital Clínic in Barcelona and former member of the preeminent Zabludowicz Center for Autoimmune Diseases at Tel Aviv University's Sheba Medical Center, announced at the symposium the creation of a global ASIA registry.

The registry was created in January this year as a tool to enable researchers to analyze ASIA cases worldwide and compare clinical manifestations after exposure. In its first month of operation, 283 confirmed cases of ASIA syndrome were recorded, with 73% of those cases following vaccination, while the rest were exposed to other known toxins.

Rodríguez Pinto stated that currently most reported cases of ASIA have followed vaccination for Hepatitis B (70.7 percent). Forty percent of developed cases defined as autoimmune diseases include multiple sclerosis, and a subgroup of 20 percent had more than one diagnosed autoimmune disease.

"Adjuvants have been used for decades to enhance the immune response to vaccines, and among this large group, aluminum and silicone are the most commonly described," explains a July 2013 paper titled Immunologic Investigation, written by four leading immunologists including Schoenfeld.

The document adds that "abundant literature shows that exposure of humans and animals to aluminum from various sources can have harmful effects on the nervous system, especially in adults."

Other autoimmune and inflammatory diseases resulting from vaccines

Shoenfeld clearly states that vaccines containing aluminum cause diseases such as arthritis, type I diabetes mellitus, multiple sclerosis, systemic lupus erythematosus, Gulf War syndrome, and chronic fatigue syndrome.

Some people are affected by vaccines, while others are not. Shoenfeld explains that genetic and environmental factors influence and predispose individuals to the onset of diseases caused by vaccines, but it is an external factor called the "exposome"that triggers this response.

Along these lines, Dr. José Ignacio Lao, Director of Genomic Genetics International, recommends that parents have their children undergo genetic testing before vaccinating them in order to determine the state of their immune system and their body's ability to expel toxins.

Shoenfeld also agrees with conducting genetic testing before vaccinating someone, although he believes that a better solution is to remove harmful adjuvants from vaccines.

Shoenfeld's international prestige ensured that ASIA was a predominant topic at the 9th International Congress on Autoimmunity.

Aluminum in vaccines and its negative effects

Christopher Shaw, president of the Children's Medical Safety Research Institute and researcher at the University of British Columbia, stated at the aforementioned conference that aluminum can damage the central nervous system by altering neuronal integrity and function at the time of administration, but that it can also cause neurological disorders some time after administration.

"It is well known that aluminum ions are highly toxic," Shaw said. "Their toxicity was recognized as early as 1911, and the evidence has only grown since then," he said, particularly the evidence of aluminum's role in Alzheimer's disease and autism and its entire spectrum.

Although it is found in some foods and water sources, since the 1920s, aluminum has been used in many and an increasing number of vaccines, Shaw said.

"Aluminum is a proven neurotoxin," he added. "From the molecular level between ions and molecules, with the genome, to the protein and cellular level to the circuit level, there is no level of the nervous system that does not have a negative impact with aluminum."

Aluminum, pristane, and silicone in vaccines, as well as certain oils sometimes injected for cosmetic purposes, have been shown to induce ASIA.

Another very enlightening presentation was given by Romain Gherardi, entitled Nano in brain. Gherardi and his team managed to track the path of an aluminum injection in the body and found that four days after the injection, aluminum particles were present in the spleen, inside macrophages, lymph nodes, and brain tissue. And those deposits remained there for a year after the injection. In other words, the aluminum particles used in vaccines are biopersistent and neuromigratory.

Also worth mentioning is the Spanish contribution by Lluis Luján, who highlighted the disastrous consequences of a compulsory vaccination campaign against bluetongue disease in Spain in 2008, which resulted in the death of thousands of animals.

Need to review the vaccination system

In short, it can be said that given the clear danger posed by some vaccine adjuvants, such as aluminum, health authorities and doctors should take action, such as informing parents of the conclusions of the Nice Congress, so that they can refuse to have their children vaccinated without their express consent, and parents whose children suffer serious illnesses as a result of vaccination are within their rights to hold the administration accountable.

We must recognize once and for all that it often makes no sense to vaccinate against diseases that are rarely contracted, and that many of the symptoms and diseases that are treated and appear after someone receives a vaccine may be caused by the vaccine itself.
