What is Hashimoto's thyroiditis disease?
Hashimoto's thyroiditis is a autoimmune disease which affects the thyroid gland so that it loses its ability to produce sufficient thyroid hormones. Hashimoto's disease can lead to hypothyroidism.

Causes of Hashimoto's thyroiditis
