These Conditions of Sale apply to the sale of products by Biosalud Day Hospital, S.L. (Biosalud). In addition, each time you use any present or future service of www.analisisclinicosbiosalud.com you will also be subject to the terms and conditions of sale.
Please read these terms and conditions carefully:
1. Our contract
When you place your order, we will send you a message confirming receipt of your order. For your first purchase, you will need to send us your signed prescription registration form.
You agree to receive invoices for your purchases electronically. Electronic invoices will be provided in PDF format in the My Account section of the website. You can also obtain a copy of your paper invoice by contacting us free of charge by e-mail via the following link: https://www.analisisclinicosbiosalud.com/contacto.
2. Right of withdrawal
Purchases made are processed on receipt, with the sample collection kits being sent on the first working day following receipt of the order. If for any justified reason, within 48 hours of placing the order, you wish to cancel it, you must send your cancellation of the purchase in a reliable manner. In this case you will be refunded the amount paid, in the same way in which you made the payment, minus the costs of management of the same, packaging, cost of the kit sent as well as shipping costs. You must send us a signed document accepting the conditions of the return in order for the refund to be made.
3. Prices and delivery times
All prices are exclusive of VAT. They are exempt.
We include information on the delivery times of the tests we carry out on the website, which is detailed on the information page of each test. It is not possible for us to provide more precise information about the delivery times of a product beyond that shown on the test information page. When we process your order, we will inform you as soon as possible by email. Please note that in some cases, it is not possible for us to confirm a specific delivery date when you place your order. In addition, you can check the status of your order at any time via the My Account section of the website or by contacting análisis@biosalud.org.
In the event that the sample is insufficient or has not been collected according to the instructions accompanying each test, it may be rejected by the laboratory. In this case, you will have to bear the costs of sending a new sample.
4. Our responsibility
Nothing in these terms and conditions limits or excludes our liability for misrepresentation, death or personal injury attributable to our negligence or wilful misconduct.
Biosalud Day Hospital, S.L. shall not be liable for any delay or failure to comply with its obligations under these terms and conditions if such delay or failure is attributable to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. This provision does not affect your right to receive the contracted service within a reasonable period of time.
5. Modification of the conditions of sale
We reserve the right to make changes to our website, our policies and our terms and conditions, including these Conditions of Sale, at any time. You will be bound by the terms and conditions, policies and Conditions of Sale in effect at the time you place your order, unless, by law or by requirement of public authorities, a change must be made to those terms and conditions, policies or these Conditions of Sale (in which case, such changes may apply to any orders you have previously placed). If any of these terms and conditions shall be declared invalid, void or for any reason unenforceable, such term or condition shall be deemed severable without such declaration affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining terms and conditions.

In the event of breach by you of these Conditions of Sale, and even though Biosalud may not exercise any rights available to it at that time, Biosalud may make use of such rights and actions on any other occasion on which you may breach these Conditions of Sale.
