The year 2022 is coming to an end and it is time for a retrospective in which we will summarise these 12 months and the innovations that we have implemented at Biosalud Day Hospital, as well as highlighting the highlights of the year.

It is important to start by writing a few lines about the INUSpheresis®which is a therapeutic apheresis treatment, which we apply exclusively in Spain. and has been a breakthrough in treating the symptoms of many autoimmune diseases. These nearly four decades of experience have made us an important player in the European Reference Centre for Lyme disease diagnostics. All efforts have resulted in countless effective treatments and definitive cures, and we have been certified as an innovative SME in the diagnosis and treatment of chronic candidiasis.

Dr. Mariano Bueno has given a series of lectures of which we will highlight two events:

• The Aragón eHealth Open Innovation Summitwhich was the first Open Innovation meeting between startups and digital health companies in the Ebro Valley. Biosalud Day Hospital was one of the companies that presented needs, opportunities and interests and was part of the jury.

• On the other hand, the 14th edition of the European Congress of Integrative Medicine was held in Oporto between 30 September and 1 October. At this event, our Medical Director, Dr. Mariano Bueno, gave a lecture on how toxideresis is the most technologically advanced, safe and effective procedure for completely eliminating a patient's toxic load and thus preventing pathological ageing. It should be borne in mind that many international leaders in the field of medicine met at this congress held in Portugal..
