Análisis que nos mide la liberación de histamina y otros mediadores inflamatorios. por activación celular frente a determinados alimentos por mecanismos no alérgicos, y así poder determinar la hipersensibilidad del paciente ante los alimentos que ingiere habitualmente y que le producen las reacciones alérgicas.

Los principales alimentos estudiados son: Leche, huevo, harina de trigo, carne de cerdo, carne de pollo, carne de ternera, pescado blanco, pescado azul, tomate, arroz, levadura y ajo. El análisis aportará las recomendaciones oportunas según los resultados obtenidos.
